​​RETURN POLICY​

For claims, simply provide item & quantity so Zuzack can provide a return shipping label. All defective product must be sent back to get proper compensation unless otherwise stated by Zuzack. Replacement product will be sent for all claims. 

 

Any product returned simply because it is no longer needed or wanted must be returned in original undamaged packaging or credit deductions up to 100% may be applied. Zuzack will not cover freight on the return of unwanted, working product. Special order products cannot be returned.
